The Libey Gallery hosts the Colfax High School Art Studio Student Exhibit now through Jan. 29. The exhibit features artwork the talented students chose from their portfolio of classroom assignments.  A variety of techniques learned are showcased in different mediums such as; pencil drawings, watercolor, oil pastel, mixed media, and collage.

After browsing the student exhibit, visit the new installations from gallery resident artists; Ken Carper’s Palouse Prairie Wildflowers and Botanical Art by Molly Rice.

The Libey Gallery is located in The Bettie Steiger Center adjacent to Colfax Library.  The gallery open hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 1 to 5 p.m.
